Position Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Manager/Manager/Senior Manager in Assets/Program Management to support cross-functional drug development programs. This role will serve as the operational lead for internal project teams and act as a strategic partner to project leaders.

Title and compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support product development planning, including timeline, resource, and budget tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions and ensure effective communication across internal and external teams.
Serve as a core team member in co-development programs, helping align joint activities and goals across partner companies.
Assist in establishing and implementing standard project management processes.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or above in biology, pharmacy, or related life sciences field is required.

Experience:

1–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
Experience in project management or CMC/nonclinical-related roles is a plus.

Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in cross-functional or cross-company teams.
