Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery for assigned clinical projects according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget
- Act as the daily point of contact for external vendors (e.g., CROs, SMOs), and build partnerships to ensure operational excellence
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with investigators
- Manage risks and issues related to clinical trial projects, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project challenges in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or life science
- Clinical monitoring experience, with at least 2 years of clinical project management experience and a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of clinical trials
- Clear thinking, rigorous mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong execution capability

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CNS therapeutic area
- Past experience in MNCs or large global CROs
